Dynamic network development

At the end of 2024, we opened our 100th club in Poland, and our plans go even further – by 2027 we want to expand the network to 227 branches. This year, we plan to open 65 new clubs under the Xtreme Fitness Gyms brand. Investment level

• Initial franchise fee – PLN 200,000 net ~ EUR 47,000.
• Current franchise fee – PLN 3 per square meter of premises and 3% of net sales value.
• Monthly marketing fund fee – PLN 1,000 net ~ EUR 235.
• Investment costs – from PLN 450,000 net ~ EUR 105,000, with the possibility of using external financing.
