Europpa is a crowdfunding platform licensed by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). For over 10 years, we have been connecting entrepreneurs in need of capital with investors willing to provide it – in the form of mortgage-backed loans. We are not a franchise network – we are a financial partner with whom franchisees, franchisors, and investors can realize their plans faster and without banking barriers.

During this time, over PLN 22.5 million has been invested through the platform in over 200 auctions, with investor returns ranging from 7% to over 14%. Our repayment rate to investors to date is 100%. Europpa is also one of the few platforms that publicly displays the date each installment is credited to a specific investor's account – full transparency of schedules is one of the pillars of our approach to security.
