NEAPOLSKA 2.0 is a modern dining concept inspired by authentic Neapolitan cuisine. It combines high-quality products and consistent operational standards with the expertise of Wojciech Madyś—expertise validated by awards and distinctions won in national and international industry competitions.

The system was developed as a replicable pizzeria business model, based on specific recipes, quality standards, operational workflows, and ongoing support. Franchisees receive the brand, know-how, and a turnkey concept that enables them to launch and operate a NEAPOLSKA 2.0 location.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs who wish to grow their own food service business based on an authentic product, clearly defined standards, and a proven operating model.

Wojciech Madyś—a certified *Pizzaiolo Verace* and *Maestro Istruttore* of the Italian Pizza DOC Academy—is responsible for the brand's culinary development. His experience and achievements form the foundation of the NEAPOLSKA 2.0 concept.
