YAMAS offers authentic Greek street food. We preserve original recipes and the true character of the dishes, avoiding any "Polonized" adaptations. We import all our ingredients directly from Greece to ensure our guests experience the same authentic flavors found there. Our menu features items such as gyros and souvlaki pitas, meal boxes, Greek salad, and baklava.
YAMAS fills a gap in the Polish dining market by offering tasty, healthy, and authentic food at an affordable price. It serves as an alternative to the ubiquitous kebab shop, combining fast service with authentic Greek cuisine, stylish interiors, and a strong focus on the guest experience. A clean, cohesive visual identity allows the venue to stand out from typical fast-food outlets.
The concept was also designed with operational efficiency in mind. Our menu structure and workflow promote the rational use of ingredients and waste reduction, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.
The first YAMAS location on Świętokrzyska Street in Warsaw quickly established itself in the local dining scene. We are building a franchise model based on the experience gained from operating this flagship location, covering dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services. We plan to open additional locations in the coming months and invite potential partners to join us in growing the brand.
Investment level
The minimum investment applies to launching a YAMAS-format location, assuming the selection of a space suitable for the concept that does not require non-standard construction or installation work. It covers the preparation and fit-out of the premises, kitchen equipment, branding and signage, and the expenses necessary to commence operations.
The final cost depends primarily on the technical condition of the premises, available ventilation and electrical capacity, the scope of fit-out work, and lease terms. We evaluate each location individually before making an investment decision. A detailed budget is presented to the candidate following an analysis of the selected premises.
