All this allowed us to create an attractive and profitable business model. The security of the Comfortable franchise model is that the goods are transferred as a deposit - Franchisees do not engage their own financial resources in the purchase of products.

1. Top quality product offer, attractive in terms of design and price – all products related to interior finishing – floors, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, decorative materials.
2. Comprehensive assortment management through:
   • financing the Partner's store supplies in full,
   • efficient logistics, systematic deliveries of goods, maintaining stocks,
   • frequent exchange of collections,
   • analytics, monitoring the market, suppliers, competition, trends, optimization of deliveries,
   • multi-level marketing, consisting of nationwide campaigns, very intensive online activities, as well as local support for each store,
   • support for the sales of the franchise store by redirecting orders from the e-store www.komfort.pl.

WHAT DOES KOMFORT EXPECT FROM ITS PARTNERS?

• A sense that we work together and can count on each other – commitment!
• Having your own premises or being ready to rent space (approx. 400 – 600 sq m).
• Experience in running your own business and managing staff – this will be an additional asset.
• Experience in the interior design industry – also an additional asset.
• Willingness to develop and improve qualifications.

Investment level

The initial fee starts from PLN 95,000 ~ EUR 22,000 net. The amount of the initial fee depends on the number of industries displayed in the store. The franchisee is obliged to provide premises that meet health and safety standards, have lighting, floors, and are painted white. The cost of interior design, furniture, store signage, and all necessary work is borne by KOMFORT.
